This does not replace medical review, specialist follow-up, or emergency care.
Health checks
Basic nursing observations and general wellness checks, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation where appropriate, symptom review, and escalation advice if concerning signs are present.
This service does not diagnose medical conditions or replace a GP assessment.
Medication support
Support with medication routines, medication education, simple medication checks, and escalation where there are concerns. Suitable for people who need help understanding or organising their medication routine.
The service does not prescribe medication, change medication orders, supply medication, or manage controlled drugs without an appropriate plan and safeguards.
Aged care support visits
Private nursing visits for older adults at home across the Tasman Peninsula, including skin checks, wound support, general observations, recovery checks, and family updates where consent is provided.
This is nursing care, not domestic support, personal care, cleaning, transport, or ongoing carer replacement.
Clinical navigation and escalation advice
Support understanding what level of care may be appropriate when something has changed, such as whether to contact a GP, pharmacist, urgent care service, or emergency care.
For chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, sudden collapse, severe allergic reaction, or any life-threatening concern, call 000 immediately.

If a request is outside the safe scope of a mobile nursing visit, Mobile Nursing will explain the concern clearly and recommend the most appropriate next step.

- –A pathology collection service unless later confirmed
